PortugalWhere is a free online directory that lists businesses, attractions and services across Portugal. We provide information to help users discover and contact listed places. We do not endorse any listed business and are not responsible for transactions or interactions between users and businesses.

3. User submissions

When you submit a business listing, you represent that you have the right to provide the information and that it is accurate, complete and not misleading. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute the submitted content on the Site.

We reserve the right to review, edit, reject or remove any listing at our discretion, without notice, if it violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, fraudulent or defamatory information;
• Infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights;
• Distribute malware, spam or harmful content;
• Scrape, crawl or extract data in an automated manner without permission;
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Site or violates applicable laws.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, branding, code and original content are owned by PortugalWhere and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PortugalWhere and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any listed business.

11. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
